INTRODUCTION
The Model NK-SD50 series is used to gage the height of liquid level, taking temperature and taking samples of liquids held in storage tank without relieving pressure within the tank. It avoids the loss of valuable vapors and exposing the people to excessive fumes

DESIGN AND FUNCTION
The NK-SD50 model is designed for closed sampling of liquids, which present a fire, Health or Air pollution hazard. It protects the storage facility from vapor emission and avoids a pressure release in the tank during sampling. The sampling height can be measured graduated tape.
After sampling, the liquid can be transferred into a laboratory. Quick opening valve unit is opened and closed simply by moving a lever through a 90°arc.
A by-pass is provided to equalize in the tank and sampling chamber unit, if this should be necessary for easy opening. The device has an aluminum or stainless steel body and aluminum pallet or stainless steel. The pallet is fitted with an O-Ring that assures tight sealing. The window in the top cover of the gauging unit can be checking the tanking of accurate reading. The NK-SD50 device can be installed an API 650 and API 620 storage tank with a design pressure of 15 psig(1,05 ㎏/㎠).
